Terms and Conditions
Appointments
* To ensure the smooth running of appointments please be punctual.
* If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible.
* If you are late we can not guarantee the full treatment will be carried out, however you may still be charged full price.
* Appointments need to be booked in advance. (Deposit might apply to some treatments)
* All clients are required to complete a consultation form and sign our privacy policy prior to treatment commencing.
* Certain medical conditions may be unsuitable for some treatments. If you have an existing medical condition please contact us to see if the treatment is suitable for you before you book. Failure to do so could result in your appointment being cancelled.
* All clients must be over 18.
Gift Vouchers
* Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be used for any treatment or monetary amount (excluding prescription medication). If not used during this time the vouchers will be invalid.
* Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
Client information
* All client records are held in the strictest confidence and in accordance with GDPR regulations. You will be shown our privacy policy and asked to read and sign during your consultation.
* In order for your treatment to go ahead we need your name, address, phone number and email address as well as your age and health information. The above details are needed to ensure it is safe for us to provide your treatment/s and also for insurance purposes.
* Diamond Aesthetics can not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal possessions or injury to yourself whilst on our premises.
* When booking please tell us of any medical conditions you have or if you may be pregnant.
* We also highly recommend checking with your doctor or health professional to ensure it is safe for you to have treatments.
Deposits
* Certain treatments require a deposit to secure the booking or to get medication prescribed for treatment.
* All deposits are non-refundable.
* Missed appointments can be moved to another date.
Refunds
* Diamond Aesthetics will not give any refunds for products specifically prescribed or ordered for you.
* Diamond Aesthetics will not refund any services that were undertaken.
* We can't guarantee for any results after any procedure, however we offer follow up appointments to re-assess and discuss further options if needed.
Aftercare
* Diamond Aesthetics can not guarantee for any results or side effects that where mentioned in the consultation beforehand
* Clients are provided with aftercare advice
* if clients fail to follow aftercare advice we can not guarantee for results
